Alarm and Protection Clause

It is a conditions precedent to the liability of the Company under this Insurance that 


1. The premises containing the Insured property are fitted with a burglary alarm system approved by the Company, and that no withdrawal, alteration or variation of the system, or any structural alteration which might affect the system, shall be made without the consent of the Company

2. The burglary alarm system and all locks and padlocks shall have been put into full and effective operations at all items when the Assured's premises are closed for business, and at all other appropriate times.3. The burglary alarm system shall have been maintained in good order throughout the currency of this Insurance under a maintenance contract with the Installing Company.

3. All other protections provided for the safety of the Insured property shall be maintained in good order throughout the currency of this Insurance and that they are in full and effective operation at all appropriate times.

4. All keys and duplicate keys relative to the above alarm and protections are removed from the premises when the premises are closed for business, and at all other appropriate times.Subject otherwise to the terms exceptions and conditions of this Policy
