Special insurance cover: suppliers’ extension
This endorsement forms part of section 2
and is subject otherwise to the terms, provisions, conditions and exclusions contained in the policy of insurance or endorsed thereon.
1. Indemnification
1.1. In the event that any of the suppliers specified below are unable to deliver machinery or equipment or goods to the insured due to loss or damage at their premises specified below resulting from fire, lightning, explosion, aircraft or objects dropped therefrom, the insurer shall indemnify the insured for the loss of interest insured under the “Operational business interruption section” of the policy of insurance that has occurred directly as a result of the delay caused to the insured by the late delivery of one or more of this machinery, equipment or goods.
